What Type of Identification Do You Accept to Take an IELTS Exam?
There are only three types of identification with photo documents test takers can use for IELTS – a valid
Passport book, a U.S. Permanent Resident Card (known as a Green Card), and a U.S. Employment
Authorization Card. You must present the same identification document that you used to register for
your exam.
When Do You Offer IELTS Testing Exam Sessions?
We offer IELTS exams on Saturdays and Sundays. The first Listening, Reading, and Writing (LRW) exam session starts at 9a.m and the second (LRW) exam session at 1:00pm. Important notice: Late arrivals after 8:45am (morning session) and or 12:45pm (afternoon session) will not be permitted to take the test. IELTS USA Transfers, Cancellations, Refunds, and Failure To Attend
We care about your success and understand things may not go as planned after booking an exam. It is the responsibility of each test taker to read the IELTS USA terms and conditions policies for IELTS on Computer tests. All requests must be submitted via email at ielts.seattle@pnwtesting.com, Subject title: Type of Request (Note: Any phone requests will not be accepted), Body of email: Reason for request, Your candidate reference number, date of examination, phone number, and your first and last name. Now You Are Ready to Take Your Exam!
What to expect on test day. At PNW IELTS Seattle we provide secure digital lockers to store your personal items. Parking is free. We are in the Washington Park building, 33801 1 st Way S, Suite 231, Federal Way, WA 98003 with the Rayus signage at the front entrance of the building. To enter the building, please call 253.785.3025.
Please bring your valid photo-identification (a valid passport book, permanent resident identification and a U.S. Employment Authorization Card used to register for your exam. Your pencils and erasersmust be stored in a clear plastic bag. Food and water are not permitted in the main testing room. All personal items and electronics must be stored in the lockers provided by the testing center.
We Are All on the Same Team
Don’t be late! Arrive 20 minutes before the check-in time. There are two check-in times, 8am and 1pm. (Please check your computer-delivered and Speaking exam schedule times) The doors close at 45 minutes after the start of the check-in. Once the door closes at 8:45am, no one will be allowed to take the test. The IELTS computer-based exam consists of four sections: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The computer-delivered exam (LRW) takes about two hours and 45 minutes and may vary depending on any issues that may impact the start time. Once you have completed the computer-deliver exam, you must complete a Speaking exam administered by a Speaking Examiner. Our professional certified invigilators and supervisors will do their best to ensure everything is working at a top-notch level for you to experience a WOW experience. When Can I Expect to Receive My Exam Results
Getting your test results after a long-awaited test can be very exciting! Computer-delivered results will be available online within 3 to 5 days. You may view your IELTS results by logging onto your Test Taker Portal. Your exam results are valid for two years.

I Want My Scores to Be Re-Evaluated or Re-Marked What Should I Do?
You may request to have your IELTS exam re-evaluated, known as Enquiry on Results (EOR) within six weeks of your test date by emailing us at ielts.seattle@pnwtesting.com for more information. There is a processing fee of $142.00. If any of your band score improves, your EOR fee will be refunded.
The process time may take up to 21 days depending on the number of sections you are requesting to be evaluated or re-marked. Any change on your test band scores a new report will be issued only when we received your original test report. For more information feel free to contact us at ielts.seattle@pnwtesting.com
How Do I Request an Additional Test Report to Be Transfer to Another Organization?
Effective April 1, 2024 you will be able have access to a Electronic Test Report Forms (e-TRFs) by signing into your online booking platform just download and print an additional test report.. An important note to keep in mind before downloading and printing a e-TRF check that institution’s transfer requirements and guidelines by contacting that agency.
